Here recently, I bought a 10 pack of these fly ribbons from the neighboring towns(Vian, Oklahoma) IGA. I absolutely love these fly traps. I just set one up. I just wanted to get on the comment section of the reviews for this product. I wanted to state that I love this product.🌻💛

Rubbing alcohol usually takes the “sticky” off your fingers if you accidentally touch it.

You can also use soup and water and it comes right off as indicated in the instructions on the back.

Step 1: take out the nail in the middle with the black cap. Step 2: pull the ribbon to unroll it Step 3: hang it on a hook Step 4: enjoy the 4 minutes I just saved you.

Flys like to hang around the greenhouse window in my kitchen. I hung one of these Fly Ribbons in that window and although I saw several flys buzzing around none were attracted to the ribbon so I didn't catch one fly. Concept is good but it needs some chemical to attract the flys to the ribbon.

Flies are not attracted to the tape at all for me.

I think it's more about placement of the fly trap. I am experiencing the same thing as you.

I took a wire hanger apart. Then I hung the fly trap from a chair. It worked really well. I hope this helps.🌻💛

I purchase the product I had a resent outbreak of flies I think something passed away in my attic because I have no way to get to access the the Attic purchase the product 😂for a sudden fly problem😊

my fly ribbon from Raid are poorly made. you pull them out and they separate from the tube which should hold the bottom down. Like other fly stripes of this type they are poorly made (bad contract spec). For full review you will note that the red loop is weak and sometime detaches. They loose stickiness outside in the rain.

I got gnats that seem to use them as a hotel for mating ... the all meet up walk around party then fly away...

You need to pull it down further and put a small weight (like an old key) in the bottom

I saw a mosquito literally fight for two days to escape the fly trap and that’s AFTER I sprayed it 3 times with the RAID flying insect mosquito spray. I was like WTF. They know how to avoid the spray and they know how to try to break free from this trap.

I've found the raid spray does nothing for flying insects. It's also so toxic, have to leave the area for a while after spraying, etc. Works well on crawling things.

Yeah insects avoid these unless you have a infestation.
