I've always said this about Raid specific teams. The nodes are designed for those teams. Like the first Mutant node in Doom raid has Hela on it. Axmen speed up on kills. So you kill the greg with IceMan's ult and slow everyone down and you're off to the races. Its a set up.

For the arena teams, it only makes sense they would be good in the long run. The whole purpose of an arena team is to be able to beat the best your opponent has to offer. Which makes them the strongest in general without WAR, RAID, or CC buffs.

SBCs NOW COST MORE IN THE WAR STORE!!! idk what else they raised the price on in the war store, but I know a few days ago SBCs were only 950 war credits for like 10 or 20 now it's the same about for like 1950 or 2000 something. Also there's a bug that I encountered in both CC and War where I couldn't select an enemy to target. I had to just role with whatever the game had pre selected.

The goofy offers are possibly only in there to maintain a certain total level of offers that meet certain characteristics in order to 'technically' comply with international digital stores law. An example might be, they need to have a certain amount of offers at "regular price" in order to make statements like "save up to ##%" in other areas. I believe Germany is most strict about this sort of thing, so for another example, and I'm not sure if MSF does this, but if they wanted to say "save up to 50%" in general, they would have to have at least 10% of their offers be a discount of 50%, or they could get docked by the german government. I expect this influences at least a few weird things we see in offers.

Not everyone get that commander tribute log in calendar in that form, I get 50 silver stars instead of 100, 5 gold stars instead of 10, and 200 cores instead of 300... msf :D :D

You are reading the offers wrong, it does not say EXACTLY 50% of, it says OVER 50% off, they are hiding the true discount by telling you it is at least X % off. It is like them saying, save AT LEAST 1%. You have no idea what their anchor price is for that 1% discount.

I get the point you're trying to make about raids. The way you described raids as a scam can be applied to every mode tbh: over-complicated and overtuned characters just so they can sell the next OP group. I know so many people bring this up alot, but it we really need theorycrafting back. Like why can't the Bio section be beaten by Spider-Weaver, Ghost-Spider, Squirrel Girl, Jessica Jones and She-Hulk? Why does it HAVE to be Rebirth. because it all comes down to making $$$

Well, part of the issue is that Spider-Weaver is mystic. But other than that, I agree, mode bonuses take a lot of the ingenuity out by making almost everything cookie-cutter. There's still cool tech every once in a while, like that Doom Star-lord team to beat Gamma in CC room 6 last season, but overall it's just "use this team here, this team here, this team here, everything else is irrelevant, have a nice day" and that does make my theorycraft-loving brain sad

As stated in the video, theres 3 X-Men (or more) teams and yet their synergies aren't great unless its stated in their kits

I am debating bringing rebirth up to g16 because the teal focus gear is lacking. I wonder if that is the same for everyone else. Bringing them up to g15 is easy. G16 for these raid teams that might become irrelevant is tough.

as someone who is NOT using raid teams in raids but whatever i have available for the traits, yeah they are scams. just get em to blue iso 2-3, at least lvl 85 and you 5 red stars. only nodes i struggle with are mutants but dont have a full lvl 85 team. rogue with weapon x helps me get through the first node in doom 2 and then im stuck lol but i can do everything else

Yeah, that might work in Doom 2. It won't work past Doom 3.3 (i.e. endgame).

The issue with your statement regarding raid teams is all bonuses are manufactured to sell you something. Heros for hire got people to buy 3 teams in order to take them down reasonably. All of those modes you listed have bonuses that go with the modes in order to solve a problem.

I think the raid teams are a scam. They build the raids around the team they want us to buy and use but I refuse. I never built the web warriors up and just use Gamma in bio raids and they work just fine. Also never built up secret avengers or Astonishing Xmen and I’m still top 3 in my alliance raids. It’s a SCAM

I wish that was true for me, I have a very strong gamma team and they are getting shredded in Doom 3. Web warriors hold their own. It does suck they build the raids for specific teams.

@@jayday545 I agree with that. My gamma Team is 1 million power so I don’t recommend that for everyone. But if u use gamma you have to be strategic in who you kill first. It’s doable but it just takes practice. But I’d recommend anybody that’s building for the raids to just use project rebirth. I just find them biting personal. Plus you need gamba for apocalypse anyways

I was just letting people know that you don’t have to dump everything into the raid teams they want you to right away. You can trace your time and use the rest of your roster in the mean time

honestly, im so pissed about WW and rebirth for bio, i got my WW up to 950k+ but still not good enough for doom 3.2 or higher, so now i have to build this new team like right after i just got up WW. same thing kinda happen with Axmen, got them up to 916k, and doom 3.1 was just destroying them . got Deathseed up to 880k now and doing good in raid, but if they make Deathseed useless when Doom 4 comes out, i think im done with MSF. we still need a new Skill team. 1M team shouldnt be struggling in 3.3, but yet it still does.

I will say this for *a* raid team; I'm getting a lot of use out of Deathseed outside of raids. Don't get me wrong, they're exceptional in raids, but they almost always win in war/rta/CC, and even dd5 global.

It’s annoying that we’re already being told to abandon Web Warriors when they are newer than other still-viable characters, (Eternals, Secret Avengers, Young Avengers) and work just fine in Doom 3. WW is also Scourge team that players had to build this year. They were even used for DD5 City. They only kind of struggle in Doom 3 because of over tuned rooms, the first one being hard because it has its own WW characters! It also annoys me when players ask for a Skill Raid team. We already HAVE a Skill Raid team! New mandatory teams already make this game a never ending struggle. Don’t give Scopely even more encouragement to carry on with their worst behaviors.
