There were a total of 6 “Reptiles” but only two followed Raider. One of them was immediately taken out with one kick, the other an uppercut. I like that they included the uppercut through the ceiling thing from MK3. However this was a missed opportunity to see Raider do a fatality. It was mostly dancing and hardly any fighting but it’s still entertaining to watch. But I’ll tell you what would have been more interesting - Jax vs Sindel.

Kinda nuts when I think about it, this was Raiden’s only fight scene as a mortal. Wish there was more of it and a higher tension for it.

What's truly interesting is that the motion soundtrack album performed better than the movie, I remember buying the CD at Music World here in Toronto and it was selling each day; I had to keep going back to get a copy. The movie... I don't know, but the fight scenes and music were more structured than the script itself.

It's actually cool how they changed Raiden's hairstyle during movie to accomodate Ray Park's stunt actions for the Raiden fight! That guy is the same stunt-double who acted as Darth Maul during fight scenes!
