Tae’s presence in any offense is the focal point. He is so good that you coordinate your entire passing game around him, and that works when you have an elite QB that can get him the ball anytime. But when your qb is Minshew, you can’t do that because he isn’t an elite arm. He isn’t that talented to get Adams the ball in any situation. This offense is structured to get touches in different guys hands not just one. Tae is severely limiting us with his own ability. Gardner zones in on him and misses wide open guys within the structure of the offense.

Part of the problem is the Raiders lie to themselves. We always think we are 1 or 2 players away so we over pay for guys like this and we still end up at .500 or worse. We aren’t a WR away. We need a true HC. We need a HC that knows this team has a better receiver room than RB room and we need to throw to run.
