I'm a Dolphins fan and i have no quarrel with the Raiders, but with the field moving into Allegiant Stadium does this mean that the "Death Star" is now fully operational? Gorgeous place to play football! Raider Nation will be eating this place up for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

I’m a jets fan but I love this stadium, one big reason is the turf, I hated Oakland’s turf, it was horrible and everyone can admit that, this is great for everyone, what I also like is the fact the raiders have a better fan base from moving from Oakland to Las Vegas, when the chargers moved from sd to la they had no fans

Funny. I told Jerry Jones just after they built AT&T Stadium that since he can change his field be nice if they had a grass field they could move in and out. But I also suggested having 3 fields to rotate, not sure if the Raiders do that. He said ( via email) basically thank you for the advice. that was it. Meh. I think the Raiders stole my email. Hehe

@@violetaura6632 Unlike the moveable field tray in Arizona, the one here in Las Vegas encompasses the playing field, and most of the sidelines. The gaps left will be filled in with the remaining seats that are removable. When the teams enter from the tunnels, they will go up a slight incline to reach the field level that is almost 6 feet higher than the base concrete floor you see the tray rolling in on top of. This allows for the fans to be closer to the field and closer to the game which is something Marc Davis wanted when the stadium was being designed. When UNLV, the local college team plays, they will play on artificial turf which lays over that same concrete base, they will simply be about 6 feet lower from the fans.

If there was ever a time for the owners to be greedy money grubbing whores, it's now. Implement an age restriction where those who are high risk for the corona, can't go.
