My fave is still The Last Crusade. The absolute chemistry between the Joneses, aka Sean Connery and Harrison Ford is the best. Oh and that beginning scene with River Phoenix as Young Indy... Unforgettable!

I was 12 years old when Raiders of the Lost Ark came out. I was the perfect age for it. I went and saw it 10 times in the summer of 1981. It is still my favorite Indiana Jones movie, and (in my opinion) has never been surpassed. The others I would rank in the following order. Last Crusade, Temple of Doom, Crystal Skull & Dial of Destiny are about the same. The poster looks magnificent. Fourth Cone does incredible work and I trust them with all my posters. Keep the videos coming!

Raider of the Lost Ark melted my 10 year old brain when I saw it in the theater back in the early 80's. Completely changed my view of what film could be. I have seen it so many times since that I practically have it memorized. That iconic Richard Amsel artwork is a masterpiece. It is my most favorite film!

The original Raiders is my favorite because it was so fresh to my then 18 year old eyes. I have enjoyed them all, but The Last Crusade and The Dial of Destiny are close seconds. I was also a big fan of the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. One of my favorite film series ever, and a big part of why I wound up an editor and worked on the board of a film festival.

The original debut of Raiders is my favorite. In the 70s Harrison Ford was a regular at my fathers deli when he was in town. My late dads hilarious back and forth with customers about politics or sports while he prepares there meals reached classic status when the Raiders star went toe to toe with my dad. Great memories.

My favourite is the first film in the franchise, I have such fond memories of 'Raiders'. Watching that now iconic opening scene in awe, with Indy deftly stealing that gold idol, albeit with him almost getting killed, chased after etc.All this in just the first few minutes too...! A flawed man but a clear hero none the less.

Raiders of the Lost Ark is a life changing film for me. It's the whole reason I love film. I first saw it as a 10 year old boy. We lived up the street from the movie theater, The Eric 5, in Allentown, PA. I would walk home from school and go see the matinee every day. Just a kid, with a bowl of popcorn, getting lost in the images on the screen. It's priceless!!!! Amazing work you are doing at fourth cone, preserving film history and the moments that transport us.

This one is my favorite of the series. It is, IMHO, the perfect film. Action, drama, romance, slapstick, history, horror, comedy…Raiders has it all! And don’t get me started on the soundtrack. Absolutely perfection from the Guvnah…John Williams.

Raiders of the Lost Ark was the first Indiana Jones I remember seeing when I was younger. I think however I enjoyed the Last Crusade the most, it just had come out at the perfect age for me when I was really getting into films and it sort of shaped how I look at film as both entertainment and artwork. The video of the process is so fascinating. I didn't realize before that the inpainting is fully reversible too. As a film junkie, the first "Raiders of the Lost Ark" is my favorite one because it's THE perfect action film. And as an illustrator and graphic artist, I absolutely love its iconic type and illustration by Richard Amsel. If you grew up in the 1970s and 1980s, you just recognize his style.

It has just the right amount of story balance, and forces the viewer to make inferences about the history surrounding the characters, it doesn't just tell you everything! It treats the viewer as an explorer of the world's lore and mythos!

Raiders of the Lost Ark is still my favorite. I saw it in theaters when it came out and was gobsmacked. Some aspects of the film have never been good and others have not weathered time as well as Harrison Ford, but it was one of those significant generational films I was happy to be there with at the start. Despite that, the Richard Amsel art still holds out and still gorgeous. I find your videos to be the best visual ASMR, even more than videos of baby goats, which I adore. The Last Crusade was definitely my favorite of the Indy movies with the incredible chemistry that Harrison Ford's Dr. Henry Jones Jr. had with Sean Connery's Dr. Henry Jones Sr. as his father. The humor and action set pieces were wonderfully on point with h the character's last hurrah (at the time). Raiders of the Lost Ark is a more raw and pulpy action adventure experience and takes a very close second place for me.

After being away in the USMC for 3 years, my sister and I went to see Raiders. They are all entertaining, but the 1st was the best for me, then The Last Crusade with Sir Connery.
