Merry Christmas EZGZ, our christmas is just about over here in NZ. No mater what welder you are using, you have to clearly see your welding, i have a very strong set of glasses to see whats going on whan im welding, best thing i ever did. You and your vidios are still top class.

Merry Christmas . The old 100 is a great welder . But at 100 amps limit , it is good to have a little bigger welder . The new welder is nice , and i like that one can stick weld with it . Guess i am old school but i sill like stick welding . The 100 is still worth having , if ever weld out doors or where the wind is blowing the flux core is great.

Hey Greg, You've made my Christmas day. I'm not into the Christmas thing that much, but someone must have been thinking of me and got you to put a video up. I know what you mean about your welder. I've just upgraded mine for a new restoration. I'm starting a 67 splity. But I'm finding im procrastinating the older I get. Anyway, thanks for sharing the build. I appreciate you taking me along. Some times I have a problem without a definite solution but I force myself to get out in the garage and do something. many times I get an idea out of nowhere. Just do your best and keep trying my friend.

Flux wire is great for rusty stuff or if your welding outside in the wind you can run gas with it too inside but not bad for not being a welder love your video Happy New Year from Ohio
