Hey everyone, KZbin managed to both the upload like three weeks after it was released. Of course it affected everyone who had seen the video one part at a time. Hopefully this time around, it will stay up as intended. I don't understand why my videos are affected this way. It also looks like KZbin is going to make 4K (2160p) available only for those who has a KZbin premium subscription in the future. Not sure if it has been rolled out for everyone, but it the fuzz on the Intarwebz points in the direction that it is going to be rolled out to everyone in the near future. And please smashs that like button and leave a comment It would help the channel greatly 🥰❤

For now you are safe on this side, this experimentation was abandoned because of the large and very negative reactions. Apparently it was done to justify an uprise of the KZbin Premium Family subscription, which will apparently happen with, or without this new advantage...

This is beautiful ! I have sleep issues, and anxiety caused by my chronic pain. I use medical thc vapes, gabapentin and flexeril (a mild muscle relaxer) to manage my symptoms. Even with that, I still have days when the pain is so unbearable that I simply can't relax enough to sleep. I recently found your channel and it has been so incredibly helpful for me. I find the night rides and tunnels especially therapeutic. I can lie down and just focus at the farthest point of light and watch the scenery grow and slide past me. It's HYPNOTIC! It's helping me fall asleep within 30 minutes instead of 3-4 hours. Thank you so much for sharing your travels! I would never have guessed that being a train conductor could be so cool! 💓

Just as beautiful a video as it was several weeks ago! KZbin is dropping other people's videos, too, from time to time, so you're not alone. Sad but not surprising that they want to make more money out of 4k .... Wonderful curtain effect of the aurora as you approach the Kleva bridge to the north of the Klevavatn, helped greatly by your skilful management of the train lights so we can all see it better. Sad that Klevanosi has to get in the way, but we can't expect you to move mountains as well!

Wowee! This was a really special ride! The Northern Lights capture is mesmerising. Such a shame that my dream house at Oyeflatten is in complete darkness, but I guess at 3.30am I should have expected it would be :-D I may be wrong, but I don't think on any of your other videos we pass through Finse on the second track - always on the station platform side - so maybe this video was a first in that respect too. With each new video there seem to be more tunnels with lights installed in them. Is there a plan to have them all lit up eventually? It's odd, but the stately progress of a goods/freight train makes this even more relaxing then when you were driving passenger trains.

Hello RCG, I still hope I'll see a new post where it's raining a lot! LOL. Love these posts without the rain but ones with rain are an added bonus to my experience. Ever think about going back to passenger service employment? Thanks for your high quality content and professional grade posts. Magnificent! Cheers.
@RailCowGirl2 жыл бұрын
Nope, don’t want to go back to passenger service. It’s been privatized and put out on bid, everything is split up… the work days has become increasingly monotone, more work for less pay and HR from hell, so no thank you. The maintenance on the vehicles are a joke too. Everything about the privatization is going in the right direction, the direction of lousy services, more cancellations and unhappy staff who just don’t care anymore.

It is more common further north and during the winter months when it is darker.
Curious. Here In The United States On The Freight Trains They Run Two Or Three Person Crews. Engineer, Conductor, And Brakeman Depending On Train Size And Work. Because The Trains In The US Can Go Sometimes Over 25,000 Feet In Length. I Was Wondering If They Have Two Or Three Person Crews On Your Railroad’s Freight Runs. Or In Norway In General.

DB-Schenker is already looking for alternatives … hopefully with trains and not by filling the norwegian roads with more trucks. I hope that you'll find at least as good a job as a train driver at a another (successor?) freight company. train drivers are urgently needed in Norway too, aren't they? Wishing you all the best!

GreenCargo wanted to strengthen their position in Sweden and needed the rolling stock they used in Norway to do that. So they pulled the plug on the domestic freight services in Norway. OnRail picked up most of the freight that was dumped on the ground in a feat that was near impossible to handle, and they managed to do it. About 50% of the employees from GreenCargo Norway was offered a job in OnRail.

That I have already done. But using a 360 camera lowers the resolution. If you're going to retain 4K resolution the camera in this case would not be affordable, and the file sizes too big. You can say that one can use use something like the GoPro Max, even though the total resolution is quite high, the the image will only show 1080p with a very, very bad bit rate. You can find my 360° in the playlist dedicated for them. Not going to use such a camera again.
