What the... The right trombone arm traffic signal had its red fade in and out while the left stayed lit, same with green

+realimbored668 It's because the two signals use different LEDs. The one on the left appears to be a modern Econolite with some kind of incandescent look LEDs in it, and the one on the right is either a Peek or a TCT with older LEDs in it.
