Sat at that crossing more times than I can count. I lived in Dolton as a child and my father worked on the other side of those tracks at Rex Chain Belt.

I wish I had a nickel for every time I crossed those bridges over the Calumet Canal! I am a retired engineer for CNW/UPRR.

How many times does the ex-IC main cross over the B&OCT in Chicago? I know one is near the eastern entrance to Barr Yard which is also in Riverdale so where exactly in Riverdale was the first scene shot?

The BamaPrinceable I see that no one answered your question about where the first scene in this video was shot in the last six years. The answer is: 137th Street and the ex-Illinois Central (now Canadian National/METRA Electric commuter line) in Riverdale. Check this hyperlink to see that the METRA Commuter station is about two to three blocks south of where the ex-Illinois Central tracks cross of the CSX tracks at the east end of Barr Yard: www.google.com/maps/place/Riverdale/@41.6470684,-87.625799,551m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m8!1m2!2m1!1sMetra+Station+in+Riverdale,+Illinios!3m4!1s0x880e23fcab750779:0x3a0eada592bb6efb!8m2!3d41.6464932!4d-87.6233654?hl=en If this does not turn to a hyperlink, then copy the above two lines and paste them in your browser to see the Google Maps view.
