Railfanning the Indiana Harbor Belt in Illinois and Indiana

Railfanning the Indiana Harbor Belt on 2/3/23 in Illinois and Indiana around Dolton, Blue Island, Hammond, and East Chicago. Plenty of interesting trains were seen including 3861 the only SD38-2 on the IHB roster, NS molten steel "bottle" trains, Iowa Interstate, CF&E with an ex SP tunnel motor, and more.

Beautiful ! I do wish Amtrak had not discontinued the traditional stop in Hammond Whiting ,last stop before Chicago.
