+Kotabeaner You definitely did! I never knew the S line split in 2 there! That makes everything make more sense track layout wise. It’s really a shame that CSX doesn’t run as many trains past plant city as they once did, because it is a really nice spot.

You bet. But good news! Within the coming weeks, virtual railfan is actually putting up two cameras at the interlocking! But yes it sure is a shame, you used to be able to get up to 25 within 24 hrs but now you get no more than 10 plus any other trains that may be running like ethanol or coal...

+Kotabeaner That’s cool! We have one by my house in North East PA. We always have the annual “night at the museum even” the third weekend in June where the museum is open for 30 hours of trainwatching and all the equipment is open. Definitely a nice spot since NS and CSX are right next to each other

For 2023? I’m not quite sure. There haven’t been any notices posted, but I’d keep up with the Willaford Museum’s Facebook page for notices when a date is decided upon.

How high were you flying your drone? In one shot you can see the Tampa skyline!

Height differed a lot, but I’d say the highest I went was about 250 feet up or so.
