It has to be said, but I strongly believe that the BWR has some of the most skilled steam drivers of any heritage railway I've had the pleasure of travelling on! .

I agree about the drivers but what a pity they didn't paint the station in GWR colours? They should paint the rolling stock in their own colours and label it 'B&WR'. That railmotor sounded like it was really struggling.

so annoying that i had loads of early morning clips at general before it opened seem i had a lift up with someone who volunteers there, ha some greats shots of her and 5552 being steamed up smoke every where that kind of thing and deleted them -- how did you get to some of the locations ?
