Hello, I am from Ulm. I love that we have two tram-lines here. But the Siemens trams are not good. Compare these trams to trams in Mannheim. Or to the Stadtbahn Stuttgart. Those are good in terms of comfort and layout. The alignment of the seats of the Combino and Avenio M models are really bad. Hopefully they switch to another manufacturer next time.
