My favorite interstate is the San Bernardino Freeway or Interstate 40 because in the middle of the freeway, there's a railroad line from San Bernardino Depot to LA Union Station called the San Bernardino line. Fun Fact: ATSF 3751 went through the freeway to make its way to San Bernardino. Man I love that interstate

As for the final "home stretch" segment of I-80, the Bay Bridge was designed and built for the Key System interurban on the lower level (a predecessor to BART).

The Eastern I-76 actually replaced old rail ROW-but the old rail tunnels were too small so the modern tunnels were built-so technically its a rail trail that is just disguised as an abandoned highway

I-76 (in PA) was literally built utilizing most parts/tunnels and right of way of the never completed South Pennsylvania Railroad :(

I’m not sure if this counts because they were built at the same time but, I like the Century/Glenn Anderson Freeway (Interstate 105) between LAX and Norwalk because the LA Metro C Line is in the median of the freeway

Transit was built there because when there was a lawsuit over freeway construction, the judge decided the freeway could be built, but provisions needed to be made for transit.

This looks like a heck of a lot of work, but you gotta check the cities you're talking about. Lubbock, Wichita Falls, Mobile, Tuscon are all pretty well known towns, but the pronunciation is way off - I assumed you're a native born guy from around Philly by the "udder" T sounds :)

I think I-11 and I-19 will be merged into I-17 or something and quite a few should be spurs-and a few spurs like I-476 (which would parallel my proposed Leigh Service to Binghamton/Ithaca) should be given lower numbers

I-11 is planned to be completely separate from I-17. I-11 is supposed to replace US 93 and go pretty close to the border.
