by luck, yesterday, i saw them passing Magnolia NJ down to Tuckahoe NJ for the CMSL. unexpected catch but overall a pretty good one.

They'll be running Polar trains until sometime in early January I think, the freight ops will be daylight on Sunday until then.

That 764 hi top engine at the end was lent to Strasburg RR when their switcher went down about 8 years ago. Does anyone know if it still is operable?

I personally do not know, but am curious myself. I will say though a lot of stuff parked along the Whippany Branch is out of service.
