I filed a TDR due to a delay of more than three hours, my claim was rejected because of a silly reason: "Reason for Repudiation/rejection: Unable to perform Transaction due to Internal error." This is the reason I got from IRCTC. Now what should I do? This is nonsense, because of their incapability why should I not get refund?

TDR main late k sath passenger not travelled merge hota hai..lekin railway aise jaga train rok kar rakhta hai ki train se utar nhi sakte q ki koi option hai hi nhi....Mera tain avi 4hrs k upar late chal rha hai...aur aise jaga roka koi option nhi hai ki utar k ja saku....train humse v bara hrmi hai...😂

Maam, if my trai is late by 5hrs and me TDR File krta hu, to kya me train station pe aane ke bad usi train mai travel kar sakta hu kya aur agar me travel karta hu to kya mujhe file kiya hua TDR refund milega.
