Found out 2 distant friends died in a plane crash Sunday morning. Hadn't seen them in years and still saddened by their untimely passing. Thank you for giving me a way to process my pain.

My mom passed away a week ago. It really hurts. I feel sad, numb, grief, sorrow, fear... RAIN has gotten me through much in the past, and hoping it will help me through this time too. Thank you Tara for your wisdom and kindness. I am able to stay connected with her within me by practicing RAIN. I don't want to lose her entirely, but I feel her in my soul when I truly look within.

I don't think grief ever stops . It just shows how much we loved someone .When we think we are over it , it appears again . Then life's other issues take over .

I think it doesn't necessarily leave, but it transforms from pain and despair into love and yearning with an occasional cry every couple weeks/months (depending on how frequent they were in your life).

Tara, thank you. I’m in Boulder County, Co. Where we just had devastating fires. The grief I feel is for everyone who lost their home and even more painful to me, so many have lost their animals as they couldn’t get to them in time. I needed this meditation and am so glad I found it. I now feel instead of numb and paralyzed, like I can go forth a bit more and help those who will need community and healing. 💛💛💛 We lost two properties in the fire. Our tenants Jacque and Michael need us to step up now and help them find a new place.

God Bless you and Thank you Tara. I saw title of your video and my first reponse to it was fear and avoidance to wach it. I did eventually. I was crying and crying until I couldn't feel any pain anymore. I feel peaceful and calm. You are an angel. I'm so grateful to you🙏💗

I know how it feels to be lonely without our love ones, we've all lost our love ones in death one way or the other, either a spouse, child, family members, or a true friend that meant the world to us, such is life I understand how you feel but life must move on because death is inevitable no matter how hard we try! And we'll all have to face it someday.......
