There will be a TTC( Two three track) cantilever arrangement which will be used at crossover or turnover I.e changing the tracks. Further will be lot more protection with section insulator, which protects the primary elementary section and the to make a continuity jumpers are used.

There is also a vigilance Device, which loco pilot have to pedal with his foot every 10 to 30 seconds. In case if he doesn't pedal for a period of 90 to 120 seconds, Alarm will buzz first and the entire train will come to a stand still with in 60 seconds.So, there is no harm to passengers even if both pilots go unconscious.

@Nagaraju, All the locomotives in Indian railways are now completely provided with Vigilance control Device. Kindly go through rdso.Indianrailways.gov.in. This came in to functional from the year 2014 itself and there is also a letter dated on 25-08-2014, with approval of railway board to all zonal railways, konkan railways and chief safety officers.
