The bright red berries on the tree by the beach at 7:35. Some call that a Mountain Ash. Some call it a Dogberry tree and in folklore it was known as the Rowan tree because often it was the hardiest of trees at the highest point where trees would grow in high mountains. I have seen the Larch tree grow higher though. I believe it factors into both Norse and Celtic mythology. Very special tree where full berries mean the snowiest of winters soon coming.

Interesting - while the sea is seemingly rough and wild, it does not have any feelings, just existence in its natural form. We as humans have feelings and observe the roughness easily being dynamically rich and very dominant. Thank you Erik for showing this aspect in your pro-outdooring film in excellent way! Greetings from Finland

@Oldsparkey3 жыл бұрын
That is some perfect sleeping weather , makes you thankful for a good tent. You must be in a critter free area. If I left mine in the tent there would be a good chance of either a Racoon , Opossum or even a Black Bear visiting my tent. After eating ( not in the tent ) everything is hung in a tree with the food bag. A buddy left a loaf of bread in his tent one night ( Okefenokee Swamp ) and the raccoons chewed a hole threw his tent to get the bread. A pen and ink drawing , a great addition to the field notes.

I himmelens vrede. Hör en val Kalla henne kärlek.. Je voudrais voir la mer. Quand elle est un miroir. Où passent sans se voir. Des nuages de laine. Et les soirs de tempête. Dans la colère du ciel. Entendre une baleine. Appeler son amour. - de Michel Rivard.
