*Raina, you can lower your seat belt to fit you by adjusting the top strap coming out of the frame of car over your left shoulder. It's set at the highest setting. There's a release button and you can slide it to bottom setting. It won't irritate your neck any longer. At 17:46 you have a perfect shot of where it's located on door frame.
