it's the only thing I did not understood when I saw it, because there's one scene when rainbird said that charlie is her mother and her sister, but it's not explained how, so Im not sure if he means it as a metaphor for something else, which again, except for the fact that rainbird and charlie were both born with powers, it makes sense that he refers to her as a sister, but I don't understand why he also use the term "mother", or if he actually means that somehow they share the same blood. I honestly dont know.
