I recommend adding a bit of dish soap when getting the gel out of RH dolls hair. Works like a charm in my experience and their hair turns out perfect :)

One method I use for doll hair is wash with hot water( just the hot faucet water) put conditioner in the hair, leave for 15 minutes, brush the hair with conditioner in it, leave for 5 minutes, wash out the conditioner with hot water and brush the hair, and then let the doll dry in front of a fan.

The hair fell out a lil because of the hot water. Actually it is better to use cold water on dolls hair because of reasons like this. Also boiling water could melt dolls hair. Now i am fully sure that I would only buy Amaya with complete rainbow hair if I had to choose, her hair here seems terrible to wash hahah
