Update: after one day the rip in her dress ripped even more, just from me touching her, I’ve glued it down now which seems to have worked well but I definitely see this could be a common problem with her dress

Bring it back to the store for exchange. I would for the price a lot of people are upset over the rising cost. I also noticed on Amazon in the US they have raised the price of the junior high bella to 45 usd and she was 25usd so that's messed up. I'm sorry your doll had so many issues that really sucks when you don't have access to purchase many. Thanks for showing her off she is pretty I love that hair I may get her based on just that. The dress is way overdone. I'm more excited for the k pop girls which I have on order now so they are released early here in the US. Thanks 😊

Unfortunately the store I got her from is very picky with exchanges, they don’t usually let you do it if the doll is fully opened

I’d recommend using a dot of fabric glue on the ripped if you’re worried about sewing

I'd prefer like a full ballerina style skirt. There should be more to her. Give her a faux fur coat or something. Or make outfit 2 piece. Have cool pants and fur boots. She is pretty. Her dress reminds me of 80s Crystal Barbie.

The box is underwhelming the stand is ridiculous I’m kinda confused with this one and I live for RH lol 😂 I will of course get her I’m just not getting it at least she has a pretty face and I like her hair too. I am shocked at the prices in NZ and USA for these dolls 😵‍💫 here in Ireland this doll is 25 Euro equals 44.15 New Zealand Dollar. I love rainbow/shadow high and feel so fortunate that the retail price in Ireland is so much more affordable.

please do not try and sew it, as the fabric will just keep fraying. I would just use a tiny dot of some tacky glue or fabric glue on a paint brush

I resent so much that we get NO dolls for like 8 months and then instead of Shadow High or Rainbow Vision or costume dolls.... *sigh* I hate buying from Amazon, it's so expensive and you risk a misprinted face-up.
