I too wish these were smaller as I am obsessed with the omg tweens. I think if they were to continue this series, I’d love to see them tweak the head sculpt to fit a smaller eye. Stand outs for me are violet and sunny, probably the only two I’ll pick up at that price point.

Poppy is my personal favorite from this line with Violet being pretty as well. I really wish they came with stands to justify the price though. I also agree that their eyes don't have the best proportion to their face and they could have improved on that.

I believe the grayscale rainbow might be a Easter egg for Shadow High since it seems to go along with the promo pictures that have leaked and they appear to be different shades of grey black white and silver.

I think the reason her ascetic didn’t change between junior and high is because if it had then there’d be no reason for the conflict in the first few episodes Also did you ever consider that they did a greyed out rainbow to go with the black and white in her outfit and has nothing to do with heterosexuals Or sexuality of any kind

I already have triplets. One in box. Display for second. The third changing clothes. The Dal fits I’m so happy including shoes. Pullip shoes also fit if boots. I love them just like the cheerleaders.

You hit the nail on the head about the size of their eyes 👀 . I went to my local store and they had all of the Jr. High Dolls. I kept placing each doll in this series in my shopping cart then kept changing my mind as I was trying to figure out, as cute as the Jr. High Dolls are there was something very odd about them that kept throwing me off and I could not figure it out? It was the size of their eyes in proportion to their heads!! I agree with you as I feel their eyes should be a little smaller. Sadly I put them all back on the shelf and went home to rethink about making a purchase later. My store was well stocked so maybe I’ll return soon and picked them up. They did us so dirty by not providing stands. Even kids would benefit from a stand so that they can play with their dolls and have them standing if they want to. They've clearly been taking advantage of Rainbow High fans ever since the Rockstar line's huge price increase. Get your shit together MGA! Lol yeah I saw the price hike coming from a mile away. I think as long as the price stays somewhat reasonable I’m not too mad about it. The thing I really hope doesn’t happen is the loss of attention to detail. That’s what I love most about Rainbow High. I just hope that isn’t a trade off for lower prices in the future. 🙏🏼

i’m quite sad that they don’t come with stands. but i’m not really that big on these dolls anyways, i like violet and sunny (possibly also poppy) but the others are quite a miss for me. i think their faces can be (kind of?) cute but the outfits, i’m not sure on. I’ve been fully collecting rainbow high since jan 2021 and i think this is the first line that i’m skipping sadly. your reviews are so full on and it really gives people ideas of what the dolls are like, which is incredible. i thought maybe these dolls will grow on me but sadly they haven’t

I think the problem with Skyler's eyes is because her eyebrows are printed too low. I only have Sunny. She has several quality issues (wonky baby hair paint, thin rooting at the back of her head and what I find to be bad quality clothing that would be destroyed with play) but despite all this I really like her. She is really cute.

I totally agree about the eyes. I love Junior High Poppy, but found her gaze too intense. I’ve been experimenting and have found that both Makies and Novi Stars eyes work with the Junior High heads. The Novi Stars eyes are an easier fit, but look too glamorous for Poppy IMO. But yeah, the eyes on these are too big for the sockets.
