@@agent00puffball Yeah but also his reason for joining Nighthaven is because he felt that Nighthaven would be more accepting of his newfound bisexuality, as stated in the interview tapes with Kali. I refuse to believe that Rainbow would be any less welcoming than Nighthaven so it doesn’t really make sense that he would join Nighthaven, even if him and Hibana broke up.

Looking forward to the eventually reintegration of Nighthaven into Rainbow proper. That's the only way this could go in my mind, Kali as the leader of her group stands next to the other squad leaders in the launcher and they're all attacking together.

something to point out which i only realized now, in the cutscene, they did not deploy Pusle, maybe to guarantee than because hibana and pulse are dating it wont effect his quick decisions?

There is actually 2 extra squads: The CBRN unit: which consists of Finka, Lion and Lesion. Which, as their name applies, the deal with Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear problems. The GSUTR: the urban tactical response team. Which consists of Maverick, Clash, Castle, Bandit, Caveira, Ying and Alibi. But both of those went nowhere.

Pretty sure they're labeled as the outfit/original organization they belonged to before joining "the project". Finka and Lion are from CBRN but now work with Nighthaven and Rainbow's wolfguard squad. Same for Mav and Clash. Off the top of my head I can't remember what Clash is part of but Maverick is ex DELTA-force or "the unit"

from my POV it seems like the 6 before harry was working on a different version of the squad system and that harry saw it and modified it to be as we see now with wolf gaurd, viper strike, redhammer, and ghost eyes. wonder what squad each of the NH defectors would have been in if they hadn't have left.

The thing that gets me about all of this "lore" is that is in no way Tom Clancy inspired. The original game was. This e-sports tactical shooter is no longer rainbow six (per the book lore).

As someone that played extraction for a bit less than 2 hours, its very interesting. I decided to refund it because its just not for me all that much, and its probably not as fun as it could be with less support :( Edit: Honestly this video makes me upset that I didn't get to play the outbreak event, really wish it was possible to go back and play past events, especially story-based ones
