One tactic I've started to try recently is using mute to help my teams roam game. Preventing the enemy team from droning out roamers has worked wonders and in my opinion it's a very under utilized strategy

run4walk I never said it hasn't been used at all. I say under utilized because in my experience playing against plays and diamonds I can probably count on one hand the number of times I have played against a good roaming mute. I started using this strategy when I saw Falko use the strategy properly in pro league finals last season. I feel that on certain maps it is a strategy that should be used almost every defense

Mularkey Any 3 speed op will instantly make you better. They have the highest RPM, DPS and most accurate guns as well. So you only hurting yourself not to use 3 speed ops.

That's a good one no one talks about a lot solo que is the best option to get better in my opinion because you rely mostly on your own using your sound and gun skills only to protect you I know it's scary because well nobody likes losing Elo but it make you more independent especially in those 1v5 etc. situations if you get deranked don't worry because once you get used to play by your self you will start getting better and end up passing the rank you were worried about losing great video by the way

@@abhott96 if you're in low gold or below probably, but sound is a HUGE aspect of this game. Get a headset, hearing those footsteps from your right ear are definitely better than hear from a speaker from a TV. Pick up a cheap pair of turtle beaches, they're not much.

Lately, my friends and I have been letting the game choose our operators. Since doing so, I think we've improved a little bit just for the simple fact that it forces us to get out of our comfort zones and learn the other operators. On top of that, we are always having to think more quickly on our feet, having to form a strategy and figure out our rotations within a few seconds of starting the game.

I play Siege everyday, ranked and casual, and I am constantly watching videos on how to improve, yet I continue to rapidly get worse, and my rank has dropped significantly, whether I'm alone or with 4 other friends doesn't make a difference it seems, no matter how good or bad my friends are. My rank KD used to be 1.5, and now it has sunk down to 0.2. I need help. This game continues to piss me off and I continue to lose motivation Edit: Currently, my KD has increased to 0.8 which is still pretty trash, but I've gotten better

Nobody Important In all honesty your over thinking the game. I've been through the same phase. You have to realize that this is not a realistic game. There are alot of little tricks and glitches you can do to win. Speed, speed, speed. Instead of slowly peeking around a corner and getting shot, sprint by and 99% of the time they will shoot and miss and you know where they're at. Simple as that really.

Notis HD I would agree with this but be careful with changing sensitivity too much. Sometimes when your aim feels off, you just want to go back and change it up a bit. Don't Do That! Find one that works and stick to it. No matter what. The higher the number, the better. If your going to change sensitivity, do it on a day you feel like your playing well with solid aim. That way you can adjust well.

Thanks for the tips man. I’m totally going to work on these things. This game is fun, but frustrating because it is a totally different type of shooter than I’m use to. I’m use to being a very aggressive fps player and this is not the type of game to start out being aggressive. I’m still trying to find the right sensitivity settings. To shoot faster u can change aiming and shooting to l1 r1 or lb rb. Go settings > accessibility > button layout. And there you can change it. You can also switch it off at any time.

Also my suggesting when 5 stacking is knowing your role, then getting out of those roles and switching it up a bit. You always want to be as versatile as possible, just look at LeBron James or Pengu from Penta Sports. Versatility holds the most value always.

Man, the monitor point makes a lot of sense. My buddy and I have been playing for a long time on a 69" tv and we're always something like 1-4 or 0-6. But when we moved in for college together my tv got busted and I had to get a new one I brought the size down and that alone I think improved our playing so that we'd get 10-2 now. We kept remarking on how somehow in this new place we were playing better but it never crossed my mind that a big tv would be too much to take in, props to your video.

Something I can recommend to increase reaction times, is to play the game Titanfall 2, the game is so fast paced and tactical that it makes everything else seem to be in slow motion, I can say with very little doubt it will help reaction speeds, especially if you learn the advanced movement techniques, which then require you to shoot your gun while moving at insane speeds

The one thing that got me good at console was, first off I had amazing aim and a really good mindset but the one thing was playing a lot and getting used to being in a tricky situation, I used to always get nervous in 1v3’s and above but the more I got into the more I stoped getting nervous which made me able to focus in those situations and clutch up more often. My advice, try putting yourself in nerve racking situations until ur used to it then you’ll be able to focus more often in more situations

The skill that instantly jumped me from a high silver to low gold player to a plat 2 is to learn crouching and standing head level. Aim at the height to where an operators head would be and remember that all operators are the same height in game.
