But RDA is only focused on mining and the Navi are definitely not gonna let more humans in. So he plans to beat the shit out of the natives to make it save for humans. It doesnt really add much besides some rules, which are never mentioned or become important again. Its not a bad scene, but it is a scene, which can be cut for theaters, because it wont make an impact.
@Backonos Жыл бұрын
@@MMadesen they cut scenes that had people introduce themselves like the end of this one. It has been a while the introduction could be in the movie dont remember but they cut the pilot girls introduction.

Movie is already way too long and the exposition about the oxygen masks and dogtags is redundant or not necessary.

So the journey for a hired merc from earth would be: 5 years flight 5 years (60 months) stationed (probably with a few extra months preparation for the flight back, medical check ups etc.) 5 years flight back to earth with lots of payment. And when you are back home, more than 15 Years have passed by.

Dead Meat Ticket, basically dog tags so they can ID your body but they also specify your religious beliefs, so they know how to handle your funeral arrangements. I would assume its also a means of tracking you if you fail to return from a mission as well, so they can locate your remains if you get killed and ship them home for burial/send your pay/insurance pay out to your relatives etc...
