I’m not sure how common it is, but Khao Soi would be awesome to watch. This video was great, and please continue to leave in the bloopers; I love it! I just introduced my kids to Thai eggplant on Valentine’s Day (in Tom Kha), and all I could think about was how I mostly ate them in green curry when I lived in Thailand, and Voila! Here’s my how-to video for using up the extra eggplants! Dad (Depak) is one of the few men I have seen who can really rock a fedora. He really looks good with it on his head. As a couple, you can tell that the two of them were meant for each other. Just the best! They both must be very proud of their daughter, and I doubt that they have any complaints about their son-in-law. What a great family! Food looks pretty good too. I love green curry, so I will have to try this one this coming week after I get the ingredients from the store.

the outer layers of lemongrass you can make tea from to do second brew of kombucha (to flavor it) and it comes out really tasty. use boiled water, throw in leftovers of lemongrass tough parts, then add one or two cups of sugar and cover with foil, let cool naturally, open, fish out all lemongrass and add to kombucha first brew and let this tea "feed it" to flavor it. cool in fridge and drink.
