FYI: Gloria Gaynor sang ‘I Will Survive’. It was written by Freddie Perren and Dino Fekaris. Just so you’ll know for next time. Great song, great quote. Farmers have been saying it much longer than the song has been written. Pretty sure my father said it many times as I was growing up on a dairy farm in south central Kansas. We farmed a 1000 acres and milked an average of 50 Holstein cows.

At least you made hay. Some places can't even do that at the moment. I know it sucks when you plant grade A stuff and you get grade C back as an end result. Makes you want to --- I'll leave it at that. Take care, tomorrow is a another day. 😎👍👌

As I want to cut wheat I’m envious of how fast your ground dries up but at the same time really glad it doesn’t dry like that here. Think my guys would go nuts if our telehandlers had that many levers great seeing it operated so smoothly

Thanks for the video which was enjoyable. The rains continue to cause you problems I can see. The teff hay like you say lost it’s green color due to rains. I assume you have some market to sell it to. Rains are not your friend in the hay business. Enjoyed watching the squeeze operate. One neat machine!!!! Hope the weather clears for you and you get good green hay. Hang in there. Looking forward to the next video. You take care and be safe. Thanks. The Iowa farm boy from years ago.

Not like actual haybales yet though..like the Bales guy, who manages bales, but never changed his name to Bales because they do bales.. In my area we try to by the 2nd cut of hay because it has less weeds in it. Now the people who have race horses they want a high grade hay because they wok the horses everyday. You didn't put up an after flood video on how it is going for you.

Yes, for those of us who work outside, with weather dependent tasks, and time dependency, having something scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday .... Sorry, your party may be important to you, but Saturday is a full work day, like the first five days. You may have done a video in the past and I missed it, ... a video showing how the "squeeze" works. You have five levers in the cab. Trying to understand what each one does at you work is hard to follow on a fast-paced video. Obviously, up/down, side bars in/out, side-to-side(?), and maybe tilt? Are these units custom built or available on the open market? What other piece of equipment works forward and backward with only a change of seat for the operator?
@BalesHayFarmandRanch3 жыл бұрын
They are on the open market, but built on only two places that I know of. Up/down. Tilt. Side shift. Left side. Right side.
