What are these trucks made of? The cabin is from some British or Canadian car from the WW II. But what are the chassis and motor from?

It's sort of a Frankenstein made up of either Isuzu or Fuso parts like the engine, the driven front axles and sometimes they use Mercedes or Nissan/UD parts for the drive train 😅
