I had an experience like the plane guy once. I worked somewhere, and one of my brothers showed up. He stood in my line. I didn't recognize him for awhile. My brain was not able to compute! If you see something that doesn't fit into your world view, your brain has to make what it sees fit with your understanding of reality. So it couldn't be my brother. He would never be in my town at my job! And plane guy could never believe Rainn Wilson would ever be on a plane next to him. 😅

I way prefer the earlier stuff to the song and dance/slapstick at the end. Look at Pam in the first season verses the final season. Was sad when Michael left. Yeah the very first episode was word for word the same as UK version pretty much, but it did really take shape and become its own show and was good for the seasons it lasted.
