Tonight my sons, their wives and my grandchildren are coming to dinner. We will eat gli spaghetti, salad, Italian bread and a dessert. Each person is bringing 1 part of the meal. You know what I love best about walks? I can usually solve my small problems or create new ideas. Something that has been nagging at me will become crystal clear on a walk? Such a beautiful sunset. All the crafts and projects you do for your girls reminded me of all the fun arts and crafts my mom used to do with me. I don’t think I ever thanked her for doing that, a lot of my childhood was filled with some very hard times, but those are the things I remember now that she’s gone, sitting at the kitchen table or in nature with my mom. You are creating such lovely memories for your daughters and it’s wonderful to be able to watch them and you.

I used to have the sticker book when I was little. There was one about dinosaurs, dog breeds, nature, and I used to love doing that. You used to win a prize when you completed a book. I used to swap my stickers with my classmates for the ones I didn't have. Great memories. ❤
