i actually sold that tent a few days later, it was far too small, by the time my sleeping bag lofted up, their wasn't much room for me lol

Arrggh you did well in that weather in that one man tent, I’m the same.. used to the two berth but tried a one berth on a recent camp and it was raining … was tiny 🙈🙈🙈 great vid though

ha ha, it does take some getting used too, its a great shelter if you can cook etc outside and just use it to sleep in but thats about it, the benefits are you can pitch it practically anywhere you want, it will be good up in the mountains when the weather improves next spring, might look at an other 1 man tent with space to cook in etc if the weather isnt the best

Great video ! Love the Shropshire Hills, I was camping on the long mynd over the weekend, I saw torch lights of folk climbing up Caradoc from the direction of the Lawley on Saturday night, would that have been you I wonder? Weather was minging Saturday night, but lovely on Sunday. Cheers.

we didnt need head torches on our ascent, however their were a few people who came up while we were in tents, the weather was shocking, the wind was relentless, it was the last time i camped up their as well, the way i go up their, i park by the farm, where the little post box is, walk through the field with the sheep, over the style at the top of that and up the steep bit between lawley and caer caradoc

Glad you got a sunrise after the night of rain and stuck in the one man tent lol. Guess if your just sleeping in it then it’s great but having to hunker down in the rain when your used to a 2 man was probably a bit claustrophobic 😊

hi vicky, the tent itself is brilliant but i think it will only be used when all im using it for is a shelter, theirs no room to do anything other than sleep inside, it wasnt claustrophobic really but if its going to rain like it did, i wouldnt recommend it to sit in all night, ill go back to the 2 man but if im planning on going up high on my own only requiring a small footprint, i will take this, its small but packs down really small as well, if you can lye in a spot the tent can be pitched their so its really handy, you can sit up inside as well, i might hang on to it, i was thinking about getting rid but im going to try it more first, ive got a tent on ebay at the mo but dont really want to sell that one but the tent collection is getting out of hand lol

Another one who sleeps with his head down the foot end of this tent! You’d find it a lot more roomy with your head and shoulders up the door end.

i only used it once then sold it, too small, if the door on the inner was as high as the door on the fly it would have made a difference but im too used to a 2 man tent
