This is my second year growing in these giant bas sweet potatoes first harvest last year was awesome this year we topped the vines with more soil 120 days harvest is coming soon mid October

is there a need to put holes for drainage? how excessive rain water managed?

water will leech out the sides and bottom when soil is sufficiently moist
