100% agree. I went there once and was underwhelmed. The only good things there were the sauce and the lemonade. Everything else was mid. And we don't talk about the coleslaw.

I started slowly just incorporating a dish into the rotation. Then after a while I was primarally eating plant based... after that it was easy enough to make the switch. Even if you never go fully plant based, it is just a good idea to incorporate many different foods into your diet! I never realized how boring my food was until I started making vegan dishes.

Not helpful to you, but my local supermarket sells vegan shrimp alternative. I've tried them once, but they came out of me exactly the same way they went in :D

I have seen it two ways, but I am sure there are more. One was using oyster mushrooms and the other was with jumbo cashews. Note, I have not tried either of them... shrimp is not something I really care to replicate!
