Such an important video and topic! I’ve been working at this for years and I can say it’s very hard, especially semen retention. I will add to this that the pineal gland is under attack by TPTB; this is why they put it in the water! Fluoride causes calcification of the pineal gland, and most pineal glands out there are calcified; which means they are functioning at minimal levels. Avoid fluoride!!! I’ve been decalcifying mine with borax, yes, borax, And it works. My dreams have been so colorful and vivid, it’s wonderful.

i dont think people are taking this seriously enought. Kundalini rising is not a to be treated lightly experience. Now its starting to make sense why in my meditation attempts my subconcious is always of a sexual nature. Its really annoying and I suspect my sexual scars and desires are a direct blockage. Also notice when I abstain from long periods of sexual activity, Somehow my body is not hungry all too much. The truth always lies in balance. Never releasing can make you insane instead of a god-consciousness. You need to change yourself, develope through spiritual practise.
