Gotta say...These videos educate us well....teach us what to expect....AND SCARE ME TO DEATH!! I have made progress and was feeling better....After this video...I am a mess!! I realize these demons(relatives) destroyed me with ALL relatives and created for me a total isolation and emptiness and no sense of belonging with any relative anywhere! How to stop them? Fall off the face of the earth!? FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!Literally!!! No contact has to be that way!! Cannot be reached!!

Create your own tribe. Learn to only choose to be around people of light, not darkness. I keep a distance from my dysfunctional family. Minimum contact and minimum knowledge about my life works for me. They behave.

My mother, my sister and my former and only husband is a Narc. I am finally free. One common theme with all of them is..... jealousy and cheating. They are sad and feeling sorry for them is a waste of time and energy. Discard them and go no contact. Thank you for providing the information. The blocking him on my cell phone was the one thing I didn’t do. The reason, our son. My son is over 18. He doesn’t need to talk to me. They are both adults. Or at least one is, my son.

Tudor, I have a question. My father is a greater narcissist, whom I have kept in strict no-contact led by your advice. I publicly ignored him well over a year ago, and haven't really seen him since. I braved public transport this week, and was sighted by none other than his IPPS. Unfortunately, I had to get off at the destination which I frequent, so that cat's outta the bag. My question is this: Should I expect a hoover?

I moved out while he was away for the weekend with friends (strangely I was not invited). He came home and I was gone. Then I found out through a mutual friend that he also moved out a couple of days afterwards (???). I think he is mid-range. Today, after two weeks after no contact, he sent me a text wanting to know what he must do with 3 of my things which I left behind (light fitting which I couldn't be bothered removing and an office chair). I replied much later saying he can do with those items whatever he wishes to do. Is this a hoover?

is it a hoover if two months after he discarded you and u never contacted him whatsoever then he smears u to ur new boyfriend and on facebook what is this it's not trying to get mE back and it's not trying to get rid of me or smearing me because in bothering him cuz I haven't done why did he do this and it a hoover

Narcs need fuel and positive or negative fuels feeds them. So if you suffer or are embarrassed or hate him or are angry or worried, that’s negative fuel and he feels powerful. He controls situations. Show no effect. Show no emotion. Don’t defend in public. Say nothing whatsoever. This starves the demon narc and soon they slither away. In time people will see how deranged he is as he plays the game on a new supply. If your new boyfriend doesn’t get it or support you during this then he is not right for you. Those that are meant for your life will stand by you.
