After 49 years of driving (and saving money) I bought a 2019 GT350. It completely changed my idea of enjoying driving. It took a while to have the confidence to take curves at high speed without braking. It’s amazing. It goes fast in a straight line if that’s what you want. Not as fast down the strip as the 650 or 700+ beasts you can get instead. But the handling and power combination is unreal. Randy Pobst gave it #2 best drivers car in the world. Works for me.

I had a ‘17 GT350 Magnetic Grey with black stripes and black roof. It was intoxicating to drive, so much so that I sold it and bought a 2019 GT350R in , you guessed it, Magnetic Grey with black stripes and black roof. Keep driving the GT350 Joe, can’t get enough of these videos.

Joe - your videos were key in my decision to buy my 2019 GT350 just about a year ago now. I took your advice and regret nothing. Now take my advice - buy a GT350 while you can. Your videos clearly reflect how much this car is in your DNA. You need to love one at home and not lust after one on the lot.

The banshee note of the American flat plane crank v8 is intoxicating when it’s screaming above 5,000rpm but I’m a lifelong Chevy man who just can appreciate any car and give it credit where it’s due which Ford did a great job bringing this tech to our muscle cars while making it more than capable in the curves as well as in a straight line too

Hi Joe great review again, thanks! I am hoping you can point out the changes Ford has made to the Voodoo engine if any throughout this latest GT350 iteration as there are a ton of comments out there about excessive oil consumption but it’s hard for me to tell if it’s a defect or due to excessive tuning which voids the warranty. It would be key to know if the 2020 engine internals or gaskets etc. have been upgraded or redesigned. Keep up the good work!

Not sure if anyone else mentioned it Joe but that particular GT350 sounds like someone cut off the resonators. The exhaust sounded louder than a standard GT350 and more like an R exhaust.

Well Stephen, I am an automotive journalist. Since journalism falls under media I am "essential." The dealerships I film at are all "essential." I follow all and any CDC rules and regulations including but not limited to 6 ft distancing, constant hand washing, and sanitizing all vehicles that I review. Here in Washington State local journalists continue their work and it is "essential" in the sense that the overwhelming bulk of reporting focuses on the current coronavirus crisis. New "soft" stories such as those provided our local TV's"Evening Magazine" that deal with other topics are no longer produced or aired. As far as automotive dealerships are concerned many are closed, altogether. Those that remain open are limited primarily to providing service and repair. In-person vehicle sales and showrooms are in my experience all closed. I'm not surprised that Florida is quite different considering that Washington was one of the first states to implement a comprehensive "stay at home" policy almost a month ago when we led the nation in COVD-19 infections. Washington now ranks 10th with infections already leveling off. Florida, on the other hand, failed to institute statewide measures of any kind until the end of last week and those restrictions are still far less strict than in other states. Meanwhile COVD-19 infections in Florida continue to rise exponentially and the state ranks fifth in the nation. All in all, I'm happy to hear you're taking precautions. I hope they're effective considering the continued explosive growth in infections where you live.
