Raiven is from Slovenija - not Balkan. Only a little part of Slovenija south from Kolpa river touches the Balkan Peninsula. In that area we have some cultural influences form Croatia. We have more cultural influences as a part of Austro-Hungarian Empire - from Alpine countries, some parts have big influence from Italy. Slovenija is defined as a country "on the sunny side of Alps".
