She doesn't believe it works. I've used THD aka Tetrahexyldecyl for a few years and I believe it does work. Well said. RF Needling is commonly misused. RF operators can have one setting for the whole face and run through the procedure on auto pilot, not paying attention to facial contour, fat pockets etc.

Firstly this is the best KNOWLEDGE CHANNEL!!! Oh my word - I had this done and I thought I would die on the table. I only had a topical numbing cream and it was not enough!! it was the worst pain experience of my life! I don’t know how I got through it - I think it’s because my aesthetician was such a champion and help me and we were kind of like almost laughing and crying through it. I will NEVER do it again without any kind of pain medication. I canceled my other two sessions on my face and neck because I couldn’t go through it twice I ended up doing it on my stomach and my arms and even in that area it was very difficult to get through it’s just a numbing cream. But the results were very very good. I highly recommend only going into this treatment with a provider who uses pain medication! Jackie G

So two yr ago I had Morpheus 8, two plus treatments. It really didn’t do much, a little freshness at first . But seems all my facial fat is leaving me. I did lose 25lbs shortly after the treatments. Yesterday I had a vial of sculptra in lower face. No bruising at all and very little soreness. I have higher hopes for this!

I live in Canada and had a three (3) RF microneedling sessions done 3 weeks apart, three years ago. It was at a MDs office with a medical aesthetician. I did well after the first two sessions but after the third one, I had a bad reaction in the form of my first shingles episode. I have an autoimmune condition (IBD) which is in remission, but I would caution people to be careful. I think my provider may have done the third session too aggressively, or a reaction to the infusions for serum is used, or the three RF MN sessions were too close together. I can see a large pores and texture issues with my skin now. I have a feeling that the solution to my problem might actually be more microneedling - but at a more gentle pace. I’d recommend finding somebody like Dr. Rajani. Don’t be me.

Good to know Dr. I don't need fat loss in my face. I am all about collagen growth. I had ultherapy a month ago - lower face and under the jawline. It hurt like a bit*h! Especially around the jawbone with zero fat surrounding the bone. I had a numbing cream along with 800 mg IBU. It was more painful than a breast revision under local anethesia. 😁

Obviously I'm the underdog to you but I recommend you preserve your facial volume and don't use RF microneedling on the face, but RF only and for a few minutes once every 2 weeks so the collagen builds up without cell loss fat death. I think you're likely to see a minor improvement with what you're doing under the chin and will cause a tiny bit of subtle slimming and increased tightness. It only looks slightly pink close up and unnoticeable in the distance.
