I don't know. How i started watching your videos but you are just great. I know I'm ruining the point of the video but sadhguru said about runaanunabandha which is why we do namaskaaram & avoid touching like shaking hands or hugging which are a western concept. We(hindus) believe through touch energy gets transferred & we always be in debt to that person. So the number should be minimum like parents, spouse & own kids which are already unavoidable.
