Indian Law is applicable for crime happening in India. If some doctors office in India did that they will also get arrested. You should knew Indian Law is not applicable to Dubai and US and local law is applicable. Why did he want to know the gender of the unborn baby? Can't he wait till the delivery of the baby? For content , you guys will be posting videos as influencer and then will cry wolf is it? Did he fly to Dubai and suddenly had this idea to know the gender and did a scan or did fly there specifically to know gender? If it is deliberate reasons, isn’t it premeditated? In first place, he could/ would have done the NT scan (20th week) to ensure the health of the baby. It will rule out most congenital issues and chromosomal abnormalities! Further to that , there are dedicated clinics to rule out further complications. Wasn’t just because he has money or the blessing from influential people? Government of Tamil Nadu have to file the case against him in the Honorable High court has to give atleast minimum punishment like 3months. Then only he knows.
