I have little stake in easemytrip, and after listening to it, I am inclined to up my stake. Yesterday I listened your podcast with promoters of Ether ( EV scooters) and will also study their business model and PE and other parameters to see if it is available at discount or nor. during COVID lockdown, my dad had to cancel his roundtrip tickets to another country booked through EMT. Easemytrip sent him a generic email that stated 'check your account to see if any refund is available against cancellation' and he got it back within 48 hours. No waiting on phone calls, no writing emails / tweets, just a simple process solved it.
