This is a crazy podcast, mind blowing in terms of business, 1. Deep understanding the customers problems. 2. Growing without funding it's not easy when you are in a hire competition. 3. What's the pain, when you trained someone, you have expectations and he left. 4. Word of mouth can change your business A lot of things I learnt from this podcast. Raj bhai, keep doing this work. I never comment but today I feel so grateful after watching your two podcasts and get what I was searching for. Thank you so much ❤

Feeling same 1:04:00 .... I am hiring my 11th employee.... It' very critical situation for my startup. I was very relaxed. I hired him after reading 120+ cvs and interviewed 40+ candidates. 26th Nov is his joining date and he just mailed today that he can not join..😥😪 But still I'm just smiling.... I'll make everything fine.... 😊😊😇

This is the best interview on entrepreneurship I have ever seen coz this founder has emotional intelligence and he understands the value of customer loyalty. I believe you can create wealth by creating value you don’t have to rip off people. And it definitely is off putting when a business doesn’t care about customers.

during COVID lockdown, my dad had to cancel his roundtrip tickets to another country booked through EMT. Easemytrip sent him a generic email that stated 'check your account to see if any refund is available against cancellation' and he got it back within 48 hours. No waiting on phone calls, no writing emails / tweets, just a simple process solved it.

This is my first comment on KZbin, watching this video has made me put one. Prashant, made me feel, he is one of the very few genuine people i see on the internet. Honestly, I only got to know nw, that he is one of the founders of easemytrip, and i am not even a loyal customer of easemytrip. But i hope, this gets to him that somebody somewhere watching a podcast felt that he is geniune person and has done good for the society, for his and others convenience but by removing one😊

Just one caveat, while I have immense respect for all the work Prashant has done, I really wish he wouldn’t paint a false image to make it seem like they were all struggling up until the IPO. I don’t know that anyone would notice this or no but still feels to ask this question that, 1) what if a candidate tells you in a interview that he might considering other options and he needs time to think about the position, would you still give the chance or wait for the person? 2) what if he/she joins and didn’t like the workplace ambiance or anything and decided to quit, won’t that gives you a reason to destroy his or her professional reputation. According to you there should be a body which should be notified about people leaving the company and not staying committed but what happens when your boss is biased and decides to complain about a employee regardless of knowing there situation and it is very much possible in India, anyone can correct me if I am wrong anywhere. Thanks to anyone who read this far.

I use EaseMyTrip just to avoid the 100s of calculations one has to do in other platforms to figure out the net cost ... The least that other platforms need to do is mention the convenience fees from page 1 ... The govt should make it a law to show the convenience fees upfront.
