The male doctor was so patient even after being interrupted throughout the podcast, yet he remained calm and tried to provide great insights. In that environment it is so easy for anyone to get triggered for being treated like that. I can slightly understand or fine with Raj interrupting sometimes in between where it is necessary as he has to cover all the questions and topics he has prepared because they could continue talking on a particular topic for longer time.

A common observation from multiple episodes: You don't let the speakers talk as much, sometimes even cut them short to make your point, it is great that you are making knowledge of experts available to us free of cost, but would appreciate that you let them speak more. Please observe some of your episodes and gauge this flaw and correct it. Thanks.

Using natural oils for scalp massages actually helps in hair fall reduction. Oils like coconut, onion, as well as rosemary are particularly good. I mix a few drops of rosemary oil with my liitleextraaa coocoonion hair oil shampoo combo, and this really helped in seeing good hair growth.

I really enjoyed this podcast; it helped clear up many misunderstandings for me. When you asked for suggestions regarding new guests, I have one in mind. With around 12 years of IT experience, I understand the challenges that fresh graduates face. I propose having guests from various domains to provide real insights into career growth. The focus should be on guiding fresh graduates on the initial steps to take after completing their education. Many individuals struggle to find the right job after graduation, and some even face challenges related to marriage and financial concerns. I recommend dedicating a specific podcast or series to address the concerns of fresh graduates, featuring experts from different domains. The discussions can cover the entire journey, starting from what candidates should do to secure a proper job, how to gain valuable experience, and offering multiple career options. This approach would be beneficial for those who lack clarity about specific domains and need guidance on making informed career choices to avoid potential issues in their personal and professional lives.also guide pros and cons who directly want to attempt government job exams .

From my experience with losing hair on the top of my head, I've learned some useful tips. Eating a healthy diet with plenty of protein, fiber, good fats, and vitamins helps stop hair from falling out. Also, I found that using natural shampoo, conditioner, and oil regularly of liitleextra coccoonion, like once or twice a week, really helped. If you have dandruff, try mixing tea tree oil and putting it on your scalp. Dandruff can make your hair fall out more, so this might help. It's best to avoid using nasties on your hair. Following these steps helped me stop losing hair.

Hi Sham, I am subscribing your channel today I have consumed some good and helpful knowledge from your show all regarding health, mental physical well being…motivation and success stories…. On the top of that the way you speak, the way you put questions makes me feel like “yrrr mere man ki baat boldi”. I am subscribing you for two reasons 1- when ever I start your podcast the way you say please subscribe… it sounds like you are not just asking for yourself it’s for whole team for their success as well. 2- You are actually solving many problems related to mental, physical health and nutrition awareness.

I give you guys the best advice. Don’t use any products on hair not even shampoo. Clean with water and see the results. In extreme heat climates use a bit of oil.

Constructive criticism: It is baffling to see a podcast about hair and not talking about dandruff problems or seborraic Dermatitis which is a much bigger issue than hairfall and addresses a much larger audience

There is no treatment for any type of disease in allopathy and the medicine just managed the pain by making viens numb. The best medicine to overcome any type of disease is the type of food you eat daily. If you take the right food than there is no need of medicine and if your food is wrong than no medicine can cure you no matter how good doctor you consult
