You can also add a little bit of black pepper to the avacado mix. If you are omitting the chillies, black pepper will make it mildly spicy, still allowing you to enjoy the range of flavors (spicy, sour etc) in an avacado toast.

In a few places in the US where I live, I've seen places substitute a chunky chat masala for the 'everything bagel' seasoning, and that is of course lovely. Here it's a nice change of pace! But I also suggest it if getting the 'everything bagel' is difficult, or you just want to try it that way.
