Thanks Ramir. We must wash the "uncut" onions not after cutting them in the middle and we should not put ANYTHING/veggies, fruits etc in the water to wash or not to get the tears in eyes and throw the water. Exactly. The best teacher out there is trial and error ! Though I still have issues removing the outer layer of the onions. It takes too much time. For me it's easier to cut the onion than to remove that first layer. I need a hack for it. Same with garlic. Takes ages to remove the skin :(

hey thats a gr8 video. theres one advice though. try this trick it works very well. while chopping an onion keep the root on till u r done chopping the onion only cut it at the end. that keeps the onion firm till the very end.
