You have a lot of clarity in the way you explain. I have naturally evolved to most of these methods of chopping. Also, reminded me of your Onion chopping. Episode. I think the small radish should follow the carrot method.... wash then chop of the ends, then the rest. I wished you had shown how to preserve peas for the year . I just peel and put in ziplock bags, they store well over the year . Would like to know how to use fruits when they begin to spoil and one HD to use them up quickly , but can’t eat them all. Pleas do cover this in the future episode on fruits that you spoke about. Maybe an episode on party prep for large quantities of chopping and storing before actually getting down to the cooking. This was a great episode! Thanks.

Thanks for the detailed clear instructions. I prefer to peel fresh turmeric by just holding the knife vertically and scraping off the skin. I do the same for fresh ginger or even potatoes, carrots and radish. That way you don't lose the nutritious layer just below the skin, which has most of the minerals and vitamins.
