Unless and until Govt of Education implement a standardized policy of starting formal schools from grade 1...the Montessori schools never going to flourish or fullfill the child 's welfare in terms of Education. In India Suburban cities and towns, the Pre- schools are treated as Day care centers, even though the educated Educationalists are working day and night into it. Awareness of Pre School Education is much required and important in our society. Secondly, without books, parents mostly aren't interested to put their kids in pre schools because of pre- conceived notion.

Well, one of the most important thing we are missing.. How do a child from a specific mother tongue whose parents have to take transfer after a certain period would manage to different regional languages?

NIOS's National Successful Programmes like OBE which is made for 6 to 14yrs children must inculcate NCF for 3 to 8yrs children also. It will help SEL, Govt. of India to implement it pan India.

I find that such programs are being conducted only in English, I think they should be conducted in Hindi and other regional languages also for their wider reach and appreciation.

Sir to implement montessori is itself going to take time ....building a new Indian system and setting its rules will only spoil the new wine... ( We can take value Based Education ahead integrated with play way & Montessori)

They will be modernised with better infrastructure, newer technology. And name will be changed from Madarsa to cultural institute of learning but the students and teachers in current madarssa will remain the same.
