value addition to Agri produce is profitable.if we farmer want to raise our income than we must add value to our produce and make marketable.

I agree with every point, but i would like to lay some emphasis on ground water depletion as well. Cola companies like pepsico and coca-cola are sucking our ground water at a very massive scale and packaging them to us in plastic bottles and charging our money for it,, its like someone breaks into your house, suck all your blood till you are in extreme loss of blood condition and then charges you for each drop of blood that he sucked out of your body. And i am not making this up, i have read reports of huge ground water depletion around areas with these cola factories that are owned by americans, no wonder why america is the richest country. Guys spread awareness about this, its your duty for your motherland.

if organic farming is of so high productivity, then why sikkim being an organic state is no more a food surplus state
@AdityaSingh-jn1sz7 жыл бұрын
farmers are the greatest artists , the process is very painful when a family of 5 depends on the output. Organic is good but why will somebody risk their only source of sustainability when the prices (MSP) is so low , half of the produce's worth is gone in transportation , some is gone to the middleman then what these neglected engineers may get. Input costs are rising so should the price. How can we promote industries jeopardising our agriculture that has much more potential .why the prices are kept deliberately low ? India live in villages as once a great man said . Rural economy will drive the economy just like the third world will rule .These fancy terms killed several men and refuse our country growth and prosperity. The process may be took forth by promoting half fertilizer and half compost etc. Gradual changes may develop some curiosity and adaptability . Promoting dairy alongside is good but may benefit few according to the demand law hence the prices are to be kept high to appreciate the one of the toughest jobs in the world .

why u people are denying the fact that green revolution with the help of fertilizers had increased productivity
@siddharthaias7 жыл бұрын
with the increase in productivity, they have also depleted the ground water and destroyed the environment.
@pikachu56477 жыл бұрын
kannam, that green revolution was the need of that hour, what we need today in another green revolution for saving our top soil and ground water, else we would be left with barren lands with no water.

Prashant Chaudhary efforts should be to move from green revolution to evergreen one...😃
